Upper Body - ?

I call this workout "Lag, Sag and Drag." I thought I could bust it out, but I was wrong. After the 3 mile run and the 13 miles on the bike, the Ladder Golf Tournament, and the chasing my 2 & 4 year olds all over my brothers gigantic back yard, then not getting to bed til almost midnight and up bright and early at 7, I just could make myself do push-ups and shoulder presses today. I tried, and couldn't break 10 or 12 on each set, so I quit.

Hey, I'm not SuperWoman.
