I was so sore last night it was hard to roll over in bed. My core, chest and shoulders are so sore from Tuesdays upper body work and Thursdays Yoga...my quads were a little sore from the big ride, and my silly back is taking the brunt of my hamstring issue.
Enough whining...Saturday is normally my rest day. No workouts, anyway. I think I may take off Sunday as well. My body is just SORE.
