Took it easy on the hamstring. I used a run walk ration of 4/1 minutes and tried to stay loose and focus on the joy of the run. The leg was fine, a little tender at the end. Some ice and it feels just fine.
I think I will trade Wednesday's run for a bike ride, then try to hit it again on Friday with a little longer run of 5 miles. My training schedule for the Half on 9/3 has me up to 8 mile long runs, so I need to get back to it. I'm not at all afraid of not being able to run my next race - I just would like the time to train myself to do it better than my last race.
